Reenrollment
Thank you for being a valued part of our school community and for helping make our school the strong, vibrant place it is. We have been so grateful for our partnership with your family this past year and are excited as we begin planning for another wonderful school year ahead.
As we approach the conclusion of the current school year, we hope you will choose to continue your journey with us. Re-enrollment for returning families will officially open on Monday, February 9, 2026. Current students will be automatically re-enrolled unless we receive notification that you would like to opt-out of attending BCS next year.
Your timely enrollment decision is extremely helpful as we plan classroom placements and staffing, allowing us to best serve both our returning families and those hoping to join our school community.

How to Re-enroll for the 26/27 School Year
If you plan to return with us for this upcoming 26/27 school year, and want to ensure you have a reserved spot with our school, follow the steps below to re-enroll:
- On Feb. 9th a notification email from FACTS will be sent to each account payor’s email showing the plan agreement that was selected last year. If you are in agreement with that plan, then there is nothing that needs to be done. If you choose to change the payment plan please email Mrs. Klepzig at nklepzig@1bcs.org for change to be done.
- Please note that a $150.00 re-enrollment fee will be processed on April 15th, 2026 for each student attending BCS. A small processing fee ($25 for annual and semester payment plan or $55 for monthly payment plan) will be applied at signup as part of the FACTS operating expenses.
- Please note a security fee of $350.00 will be processed on August 1st 2026 for each student attending BCS. (If there are financial concerns pertaining to the lump sum fee please reach out to Mrs. Klepzig at nklepzig@1bcs.org for a 3 month payment option)

How to Opt out/Unenroll for 26/27 School Year:
Please reach out to Mrs. Klepzig at nklepzig@1bcs.org to request to unenroll from BCS on or before April 15th to avoid any fees being automatically applied as these are non refundable.
TEFA Reminder:
We are encouraging ALL families to apply for the TEFA funds that will be made available for next school year. There is no guarantee that you will be approved, but there is equally no guarantee that you won’t, so we are asking all families to apply. Applications open on February 4th.
