GO EAGLES GALA
DINNER, GAMES, LIVE AND SILENT AUCTION, AND MORE!
Our biggest fundraiser of the year is just around the corner! Our Annual GALA Dinner and Fundraiser will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 in our school Gym. We are looking for donations for the live and silent auctions.
Proceeds and donations for this event go directly to BCS and help us continue our mission to foster a life-giving educational experience for each student and family through innovative instruction, high academic standards, truth-filled curriculum, creating a supportive and encouraging comunity, and a molding of leadership all rooted in the compassion and way of Jesus.
DINNER
We look forward to serving you mouthwatering BBQ provided by Brian’s BBQ.
COFFEE
Delicious, gourmet coffee will be provided by Houston Coffee Cart.
ENTERTAINMENT
Fundraising Games, Live and Silent Auctions, and More. Yes, there will be blow up sports games!
DRESS
Wear your favorite sports attire to participate in this year’s theme.
Sponsorship Levels
Tickets will be emailed for you to print out, or show your email at the registration desk the night of the event.
Suite Level Sponsorship: $5,000
Upper Deck Sponsorship: $3,000
Have a table located just behind the Suite Level Sponsors. This sponsorship includes a table for (8) including dinner from Brian’s BBQ, Coffee Bar provided by Houston Coffee Cart, access to the blow up sports games. A Game Day Appetizer board will be placed on your table and advertising including a half page ad in the pamphlet.
Club Sponsorship: $1,000
Have a table located just behind the Upper Deck Level Sponsors. This sponsorship includes a table for (8) including dinner from Brian’s BBQ, Coffee Bar provided by Houston Coffee Cart, a mention of your sponsorship in the pamphlet, and access to the blow up sports games.

Ticket Holder Ticket: $85 each
Ticket Holder Tickets are open seating with no reservations. The seating for these tickets is located behind all sponsorship level tables.
Ticket purchase includes: Entrance to the GALA for (1), Dinner from Brian’s BBQ, Coffee Bar provided by Houston Coffee Cart, and access to the sports blow up game section.
Teacher/Staff Ticket Holder: $85 Each
Treat a Teacher or staff member to a fun night at GALA! Teacher/Staff Ticket Holder Tickets are open seating with no reservations. The seating for these tickets is located behind all sponsorship level tables.
Teacher/Staff Ticket purchase includes: Entrance to the GALA for (1), Dinner from Brian’s BBQ, Coffee Bar provided by Houston Coffee Cart , and access to the sports blow up game section.
